Dee Taylor began her foodservice career in 1981 with Bromar Food Service in Los Angeles. She began in customer service and moved to sales in 1985. In 1991 she moved to Las Vegas to establish a division for Bromar in that market. In 1996 she joined Nevada Food Brokerage and remained until April of 2000. On May 1, 2000 Dee opened her own brokerage company, Detail Food Service, with the support of such fine manufacturers as McIlhenny Tabasco, Pacific Choice Brands, and Stapleton Spence.
Dee is an active member of the national industry organization, Foodservice Sales & Marketing Association.
She is the President of CPAAN, Citizens Police Academy Alumni North, a group who's mission is to support the North Las Vegas Police Department.
Sandi Boyer - Account Executive
As a native of Las Vegas, Sandi has extensive food service experience. Before joining the Detail Food Service team in 2009, she started her food service career in 1988 at a privately owned local distributor. She has had the opportunity to work in all facets of this industry from operations, customer service, sales, and management. Sandi uses these combined experiences to help effectively identify operator opportunities. Through a consultative sales approach, she helps to bring together our manufactures and key customers.
